The most important part of a small business is looking after customers this is why we provide a friendly and helpfull phone service at our main office in Chard, Somerset. As well as our phone service we offer a wide range of spares for Kranzle machines off of the shelf, also spare parts for many other models are available. Lewis Sales Services has two mobile vehicles both kitted out with tools and parts to provide high quality on site service and repairs.

There are many different ways to purchase machines, spare parts and accesories from us here at Lewis Sales Services. In order to make the process easy for our customers we aim to provide as many ways as we can to supply the customer with the items they need.

Our many distribution and sales point is our unit in Chard, Somerset. From here most orders are dispatched from our expansive range of stock. As well as distribution our Chard location is our main retail outlet, we stock a wide range of Kranzle machines and are always happy to let the customer have a look at many models, and also try out the one that suits them best. As well as the machines we keep many of the kranzle accesories and an extensive range of genuine kranzle spare parts. We also have a small sales outlet at Sedgemore Market just off Junction 24 of the M5, we try to stock as many of the machines as we can along with a range of accesories. Items can also be bought using our online shop, we aim to provide the best service that we can from our online shop and whilst many items are on our website if there is something that you require please dont hesitate to cantact us as we will probably be able to find a solution. All machines sold from our online store work on a back to base warranty, this means that although the parts and labour will be covered (providing the claim is genuine) the machine will have to be returned to to the main office in chard via your own arangement.
