We offer 12 months warranty on all NEW machines sold by us.

Machines sold from our "web-store" or on a "mail order" basis have a strict 'back to base' policy applied, where you have to get the machine back to us at your cost for the warranty to be applicable and valid.

Warranty only covers faulty manufacture of machine.

NO pressure washer company will cover any of the accessories. e.g. hoses, triggers or lances. This is due to these being wear items and can easily be damaged by customer mis-use.
